OVERDRIVE MotorFest 2026
Members of our club are invited to attend and display at OVERDRIVE MotorFest 2026, taking place on Sunday 2nd August 2026 at Patchings Art Centre, Nottingham. The family of one of the organisers own a number of club vehicles (both Morris and Hindustan Ambassadors – see photos below) some of which will be on display.
This is set to be Nottingham’s biggest motor show ever, with over 800 display vehicles, and the organisers are working alongside Porsche Nottingham and Jaguar Land Rover to make it a truly memorable day. Alongside an incredible display of vehicles, there will be live entertainment, food and drink vendors, family attractions, exhibitors, Hot air balloon rides, and activities throughout the day, making it a fantastic day out for enthusiasts and families alike.
Exhibitor arrival is between 9:00am and 10:00am, with the public event running until 4:00pm. Display vehicles get free entry and anyone bringing a pre-1986 vehicle will receive a free beverage. For more information contact Jaiden Vantom (overdrive@vantomvillage.com) and to register click here.
2026 National Rally – important update
We are looking forward to our Nation Rally on Saturday & Sunday 25th & 26th July 2026 at Hatton Country World, Warwick, CV35 7LD. See below for more details of the site.
The weather forecast is looking hot and if there are amber or red heat alerts in force we may have to cancel the rally. So that we can contact you if there is a problem it would be helpful if those planning to attend could fill in the form below:

The Club is NOT charging any fee.
Attendees will have to pay a £2 parking charge per day using an on-site machine or the “Ringo” app. If you pay onsite, do double-check that if required, you have entered your registration number.
2026 NEC – 13-15 November
Advance notice: the club will once again be represented at the Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show on 13 – 15 November 2026, at the NEC in Birmingham. For those who haven’t been before, this is a massive event with hundreds of stalls for car clubs, autojumble, tools, etc. When you book your tickets please use the code CC680MON6 as this gives you a discount and also helps to ensure that we get a good position at future events.
